We understand that referring customers to someone is putting your reputation on the line. We take a referral very seriously and want to insure that your customer is satisfied with our services.
We also want to encourage referrals and thank you for sending us your business.
Referral fees:
- 25% of 1st month’s rent for any vacant property
- Three month’s management fee (typically 8% of collected rent) for any occupied property
We will pay out your referral fees on the 2nd month of management.
