**We add a small surcharge of 4% to any invoices that we pay on your behalf (utilities, HOA fees, etc), 8% for pest control, lawn/snow care, and appliance replacement. This small charge offsets the often-significant staff time associated with managing work and paying invoices.
We find that many of our competitors charge other hidden or junk fees. We put them right on our website and in our contract. Make sure you are comparing apples to apples before making a decision.
