Getting started is easy. Here are the steps:
- Call us, 612-888-4888 or use our contact form.
- We set up a meeting with you to discuss you property/properties and our process.
- Details of your properties will be entered into our property management system either manually or via an Excel spreadsheet import.
- Our professional photographer will photograph any vacant properties (at our cost) for posting online.
- A letter will be sent from you, the owner, to each of your existing tenants explaining the change in management.
- Several days later, we will send an introduction letter to each tenant, reminding them to contact us for maintenance and begin sending rent payments to Rental Management Guys.
- As tenant calls and rent payments come in, we continue to reinforce the tenants should be contacting us for everything instead of the property owner or previous property manager.
- Tenant statements are sent via postal mail in 1st month (and email subsequently-where possible), detailing any past due rent balances.
- Necessary rent collection process begins.
- Owner’s statements are emailed and owner payments processed by 10th of each month.
